Happy FriYay! Looking back on last week seems like a dream! I love spring break- we all needed the break in routine and some chillaxing time! Anyone else have some fun memories made on spring break? ❤

Ground beef sautéed with taco seasoning, served over white rice with roasted red peppers&onions, topped with fresh red onion and a dollop of sour cream! We have similar taste palettes and ingredients in our household. This is a easy recipe we enjoy and normally have the ingredients for.

I found your channel during my own TTC journey around 2012/2013. Wow, time flies! I think the fact that you have three kids and work full time is amazing in itself! I only have one child, am currently in grad school and don't work (except for internships if you count those), and I still feel like I don't have my act together when it comes to homemaking most days ;). I think we are all doing our best to juggle everything and should uplift each other. Thanks for being so honest.

None of us have it all right all the time, but I could tell when I watched your Christmas vlog that you really love and adore your children. They will remember that!
